KnownUpgradeAvailability can be used interchangeably with UpgradeAvailability, this enum contains the known values that the service supports.

Known values supported by the service

None: No upgrade is currently available for this App Service Environment
Ready: An upgrade is ready to be manually initiated on this App Service Environment
