EnforceMtlsEnabledState type

Set to Disabled by default. If set to Enabled, only custom domains with mTLS enabled can be added to child Route resources.
KnownEnforceMtlsEnabledState can be used interchangeably with EnforceMtlsEnabledState, this enum contains the known values that the service supports.
