Defines the properties of a latency metric used in the latency scorecard

Properties

aCLower95CI	The lower end of the 95% confidence interval for endpoint A NOTE: This property will not be serialized. It can only be populated by the server.
aHUpper95CI	The upper end of the 95% confidence interval for endpoint A NOTE: This property will not be serialized. It can only be populated by the server.

name	The name of the Latency Metric NOTE: This property will not be serialized. It can only be populated by the server.
