PoolState type
Current state of a HorizonDB pool.
KnownPoolState can be used interchangeably with PoolState,
this enum contains the known values that the service supports.
Known values supported by the service
Ready: Is ready and operational
Provisioning: Is provisioning
Deleting: Is being deleted
Inaccessible: Is inaccessible
Updating: Is being updated
Starting: Is starting up
Restarting: Is restarting
Stopping: Is stopping
Stopped: Is stopped
