Rating scale to override the default scale

Properties

lowerBound	Lower bound of the rating value 0 to 100 (default 1)
lowScoreThreshold	The rating value greater than the threshold will be considered as good
upperBound	Upper bound of the rating value 0 to 100 (default 5)
