This FAQ covers answers to commonly asked questions about integrating with Analytics Services.
How often does the data refresh?
We refresh data once every 24 hours.
What is the maximum time period that I can query data for?
An individual query can have a time range of up to 90 days.
Can I filter or choose which fields I'd like to export?
No, you can't choose specific fields to export at this time. You'll receive all exported fields in each request.
How can I reduce the file size of the results?
Request data for a shorter time period.
How much time do I have to download data?
We keep all files generated in last 7 days. The download URL will live for 1 hour starting from the time it's created. Once expired (within 7 days), users can initiate a GET request for the export job id again and receive a new download URL.
How are multiple query requests handled?
Only one query can be in progress at a time, per endpoint, per contract. If an additional query request is made for an endpoint, it will be enqueued until the previous request for that endpoint is completed.
What is the maximum size of the download file?
The maximum file size is 3 GB.
