Field Name	Description
id	A unique identifier for the certification.
name	The name of the certification.
authority:(name)	The name of the certification's issuing body.
number	The license number for this certification.
start-date	A date object that optionally contains the 'day', 'month' and 'year' that the certification began.
end-date	A date object that optionally contains the 'day', 'month' and 'year' that the certification ended.
