Field Name	Description
id	A unique identifier for the language.
language:(name)	The name of the language.
proficiency:(level)	One of the following values, representing the member's proficiency in the language: elementary limited-working professional-working full-professional native-or-bilingual These values are meant to be used programmatically, as identifiers.  See 'proficiency:(name)' for a displayable version.
proficiency:(name)	One of the following descriptive values, representing the member's proficiency in the language: Elementary proficiency Limited working proficiency Professional working proficiency Full professional proficiency Native or bilingual proficiency
