Installing Lync SDN Interface 2.1.1

You install Lync SDN Interface 2.1.1 by running two installation packages. One is for the Lync SDN Manager (LSM) and the other is for the Lync Dialog Listener (LDL). The two packages are LyncSDNManager.msi and LyncDialogListener.msi.
We recommend that you run LyncSDNManager.msi before you run the LyncDialogListener.msi. This will ensure that the LSM is running and ready when the LDL attempts to connect to the LSM during the LDL installation.
