Yes. Eligible purchases from Microsoft Marketplace that display the "Azure benefit eligible" badge may count toward your organization's Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC). MACC-eligible offers can be consumed either through Microsoft Marketplace or through the Marketplace in the Azure portal. If you start a purchase in Microsoft Marketplace for a MACC-eligible offer and click the "Get it Now" button on the offer page, you'll be redirected to the Azure portal to complete the checkout and consume the purchase against your MACC.
