Update your Windows device

You can manually update the operating system (OS) build on your Windows device to stay up to date with your organization's requirements and latest OS features.

  1. Select Start.
  2. Open the Settings app.
  3. Select Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates.

If your Windows version is newer than what your company supports, you need to try some different steps to fix the issue
