MPI_Win_unlock function

Completes an RMA access epoch at the target process.

Syntax

int MPIAPI MPI_Win_unlock(
   int     rank,
   MPI_Win win
);

Parameters

rank
Rank of target.
win
Window object.

Return value

Returns MPI_SUCCESS on success. Otherwise, the return value is an error code.

In Fortran, the return value is stored in the IERROR parameter.

    MPI_WIN_UNLOCK(RANK, WIN, IERROR)
        INTEGER RANK, WIN, IERROR

Remarks

Completes an RMA access epoch started by a call to MPI_Win_lock on window win. RMA operations issued during this period will have completed both at the origin and at the target when the call returns.
