Questions about test reverification for existing CSPP partners

How long will the verification or reverification process take?

The duration of your initial verification or subsequent reverification testing process will vary based on the number of issues our test team discovers with your solution and the speed with which you are able to resolve these issues. Typically, you should expect the process to take 1-2 weeks.

What do I need to provide for verification or reverification testing?

We will provide a form for you to fill out to make sure your verification process goes smoothly.

For subsequent reverification, we will ask you to provide the same types of information as you provided previously, with any appropriate updates.

What happens if we don't respond or fix the identified issues?

If you have not passed test reverification after multiple attempts to fix the issues noted by our testing team, your current Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Agreement will be paused and your CSPP WOPI connection will be temporarily suspended.

What if I need extra time for test reverification, what should I do?

Please reach out to the CSPP Team, and we will work with you to ensure your reverification is completed successfully.

Can we use the same test accounts for reverification as during our initial release?

For reverification we will ask you to provision the same Microsoft test accounts as for your initial release. However, during your initial release we would have accessed your test systems whereas the reverification process is for your production environment.
