Reset a user password in Microsoft 365 Lighthouse
Microsoft 365 Lighthouse lets you change or reset user passwords. You can reset the password for one or more users or risky users across the same or different tenants.
Reset a password for one or more users
In the left navigation pane in Lighthouse, select Users > Account management.
On the Search users tab, enter all or part of the user's name in the search box and press Enter.
From the search results list, select the checkbox next to one or more users in the list, and then select Reset password.
In the Reset password pane, select Autogenerate password or Let me create a password. If you choose to create a password, enter a password in the Password box (the password will be the same for all selected users).
If you want the users to change their password after first sign-in, select Require these users to change their password when they first sign in.
Select Reset password.
