Copilot for Service licensing

Before you can use Copilot for Service, you must purchase a license and assign it to a user. Perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Microsoft Copilot for Service.
  2. Select Buy now, and then complete the steps to purchase the license.
  3. In Microsoft 365 admin center, assign or unassign licenses for users.

Create a copilot

To create a copilot, go to the Copilot for Service admin portal, select Create a copilot for agents, and then complete the steps in the wizard.

Deploy Copilot for Service in Outlook and Teams

You can deploy Copilot for Service in Outlook and Microsoft Teams through the Microsoft 365 admin center. The app can be integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Salesforce. See: Deploy Copilot for Service
