Makers can choose which types of knowledge sources their agents can reference. The Knowledge sources for agents setting in Power Platform admin center controls access to sources such as SharePoint, OneDrive, public websites, and documents such as files. Learn more in Configure knowledge sources for agents. You can limit access to the following knowledge sources:

Important
Configuring Documents knowledge source to not allow uploads only prevents local file uploads. It doesn't prevent makers from adding files from SharePoint or OneDrive.
To not allow uploads from SharePoint or OneDrive, configure SharePoint + OneDrive to not allow access.
Alternatively, if you want to allow or deny specific endpoints for SharePoint or public websites that makers can use as knowledge sources for their Copilot Studio agents, use endpoint filtering.
