Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account that has access to your Azure benefit subscription, then choose “Ask a question” and post your question on Microsoft Q&A with one of the below Azure tags. Which Azure service tags are supported?

All Azure product tags and all Microsoft Entra product tags are supported. Other supported tags are Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

When can I expect a response to my question?

For most countries and regions, business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For North America, business hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In Japan, business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
