URL access
This article summarizes the URLs that Movere needs to access. The machine running the Movere Console, and scanned devices that upload data directly to Movere, should have access to these URLs.
Log in and UI; User Authentication and Stats tab API URLs are not tied to a specific Movere region. Movere routes such requests to the Movere geographical region which is closest to the user's physical location. This Movere region where the request is routed may be different from the Movere region where customer tenant and data is hosted.
Customers are requested to allowlist the URLs along with region specific IP addresses tied to the Movere region housing their tenant. If customers wish to allowlist only the IP addresses then they also need to allowlist the IP address of the region which is serving authetication request.
- To find out the region which is serving the authentication request, open cmd prompt and run
ping go.movere.io. - You are requested to allowlist this IP address along with the region-specific IP address of the region where tenant is hosted.

Allow the URLs/IP addresses for your location. While there are only two IP addresses per region, some security products allow URLs only. Several services are required to run Movere, and if sites can only be allowed by URL, then all the region-specific URLs must be allowed.
To test connectivity to Movere, open a browser and navigate to: https://geo.movere.io/ip. If you see an IP address, you can connect to Movere.
