For a Task, ActualOvertimeWork is the actual amount of overtime work already performed by all resources assigned to a task.
For a Resource, it is the actual amount of overtime work already performed for all assignments assigned to a resource.
For an Assignment, it is the actual amount of overtime work already performed by a resource on an assigned task.
