Edit a Part of a Formula
Double-click the cell. Or select the cell and press F2.
In the cell or the formula bar, edit the formula using the techniques in the following table.

Replace selected text |
Type the new text. |
Delete selected text |
Press DELETE. Or on the Home tab, click Cut. |
