Public Sub Initialize_handler()
Set myOlExplorers = Application.Explorers
End Sub
Private Sub myOlExplorers_NewExplorer(ByVal Explorer As Outlook.Explorer)

Application.ActiveExplorer.WindowState = olMinimized
End If
End Sub
