Application.EnterpriseProtectActuals property (Project)
True if the actual work or overtime values in an enterprise project are protected, after the project manager accepts the timesheet report. Read/write Boolean.

expression A variable that represents an Application object.
Remarks
The EnterpriseProtectActuals property is available only in Project Professional.
