ApplicationSettings.ApplyBackgroundToDocument property (Visio)
Determines whether the selected background or border is applied to all pages in the document (True) or only to the current page (False). Read/write.

expression A variable that represents an ApplicationSettings object.

Remarks
The value of the ApplyBackgroundToDocument property corresponds to the Apply to All Pages or Apply to Current Page commands that appear when the user right-clicks items in the Backgrounds or Borders & Titles gallery on the Design tab.
