Error loading from file (Error 31037)

An error occurred while attempting to read the specified file (set Action = 12). Possible causes:

  • The FileNumber property is invalid.

  • The file wasn't opened in Binary mode.

  • The file wasn't saved properly (set Action = 11).

  • The file is corrupted.

  • The file position isn't located at the beginning of a valid OLE object.
