'item' designers can only be used in DLL projects
This error has the following causes and solutions:
- The indicated designer can be used only in ActiveX DLL projects. Try the designer in an ActiveX DLL project.
For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
