To open a form region
In the Forms Designer, open the base form that contains the form region.
On the Developer tab, in the Design group, click Open Form Region.
To open forms with customized form pages

In the Outlook Folders Library | On the Developer tab, in the Custom Forms group, click Choose Form. In the Choose Form dialog box, select Outlook Folders in the Look In drop down list. |
In the Standard Forms Library | On the Developer tab, in the Custom Forms group, click Choose Form. In the Choose Form dialog box, select Standard Forms Library in the Look In drop down list. |
In the Personal Forms Library | On the Developer tab, in the Custom Forms group, click Choose Form. In the Choose Form dialog box, select Personal Forms Library in the Look In drop down list. |
Saved as an Outlook template | On the Developer tab, in the Custom Forms group, click Choose Form. In the Choose Form dialog box, select User Templates in File System in the Look In drop down list. Click Browse and then select the folder that contains the saved Outlook template. |
Saved as a file | Click the File tab. Click Open, and then click Open Outlook Data File. Select the folder that contains the file and then select the file. Click Open. |
