2.2.3.166.6 ServerId (GetHierarchy)

The ServerId element is a required child element of the Folder element in GetHierarchy command responses that specifies the server-unique identifier of the folder.

The value of the ServerId element can be up to 64 characters in length. The client MUST store the value of the ServerId element for each folder and MUST be able to locate a folder on the client given that value.

The client indicates the protocol version being used by setting either the MS-ASProtocolVersion header, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.2.6, or the Protocol version field, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.1.1, in the request.
