2.2.2.2.2.2 PidTagComment Property

The PidTagComment property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.638) contains a comment about the purpose or content of the folder. This property is present only if the client sets it when the folder is created. The client sets the property by specifying a comment in the Comment field of the RopCreateFolder request (section 2.2.1.2).
