2.2.4.3.21 propValue Element
The propValue element represents identification information and the value of the property.
Note that the protocol imposes no limit on the size of data that can be encoded using this element, unlike the response buffers of the RopQueryRows ROP ([MS-OXCROPS] section 2.2.5.4) and the RopGetPropertiesSpecific ROP ([MS-OXCROPS] section 2.2.8.3). Clients and servers MUST fail the operation if the size of data being sent or received is larger than the maximum size imposed by an implementation, rather than truncating the data.
