The element defines the following attributes:

• id (as defined by [HTML4:1999])

• lightWeight

• literalContent

• name (as defined by [HTML4:1999])

• supportsEditMode

• tagName

• urn

The following child element can occur at most once:

• PUBLIC:DEFAULTS

The following child elements can occur one or more times:

• PUBLIC:ATTACH

• PUBLIC:EVENT

• PUBLIC:METHOD

• PUBLIC:PROPERTY
