2.2.5.3 PivotCache

The PivotCache is a set of structures that contains information about the source data (section 2.2.5.3.2) being summarized in the PivotTable views (section 2.2.5.4) using that PivotCache. The information includes source data organization, data types, and the values. A PivotCache is specified by the records conforming to the following rules:

This is in a stream as specified in section 2.1.7.12.

PIVOTCACHEDEFINITION (section 2.1.7.20.3)

The SXStreamID record (section 2.4.303) specifies the associated stream in section 2.1.7.12.

PIVOTFRT9 (section 2.1.7.20.5)

If an associated PivotTable view (section 2.2.5.3.3) is specified by the QsiSXTag record (section 2.4.211), then PivotCache properties specified in this rule apply to this PivotCache.
