A - fPublish (1 bit): A bit that specifies whether the chart sheet is published.
unused (15 bits): This value is undefined, and MUST be ignored.
brtcolorTab (8 bytes): A BrtColor (section 2.4.334) that specifies a background color of the sheet tab.
strName (variable): A CodeName (section 2.5.22) for this chart sheet.
