row (4 bytes): An UncheckedRw (section 2.5.155) structure that specifies the row coordinate of the cell reference. Its value MUST be less than 1048576.
column (2 bytes): A ColRelShort (section 2.5.26) structure that specifies the column (1) coordinate of the cell reference and that specifies relative reference information.
