A - reserved1 (2 bits): MUST be 0. MUST be ignored.
B - fRelNeededHidden (1 bit): A bit that specifies whether user closed the relationship warning for this PivotTable.
reserved2 (5 bits): MUST be 0. MUST be ignored.
stPpmConnectionName (variable): An XLWideString (section 2.5.169) that contains the name of the model data source connection (section 2.2.8.9) associated with this PivotTable.
