3.2.5.2.5 Prepare Envelope and Send

The server MUST follow the specific application message response envelope template (as defined in sections 3.1.2.2 and 2.2.3) to prepare a response envelope, with the serialized secured payload element from section 3.2.5.2.4 as the value for the Data attribute for the Payload element of the ServiceResponseType, as defined in section 2.2.2.2.6.

The server then serializes the response envelope and sends it to the client.
