a.   The standard does not specify the ObjectType or restriction of valid values for @shapeId.

Office requires the ObjectType of the drawing shape to be Picture and the value to be between 1 and 67098623 inclusive.

b.   The standard does not specify restrictions for the name attribute.

In Excel, the string shall be unique and have a maximum of 32 characters.
