2.1.1427 Part 1 Section 21.1.3.18, tr (Table Row)

a.   The standard states that the height attribute specifies the row height.

In Office, the height of the row in the table is specified in EMUs.  Additionally:

The height shall not be negative.

The height shall be either 0, or greater than the minimal row height.

The height shall be equal to or less than 0x3FFFFFFF.

The minimal row height of a row is defined as: the sum of the minimal heights which can hold the top margin and the bottom margin plus 2 extra points for each cell in the row.

b.   The standard states that the tr element specifies a row in a table.

In Office, the number of table cells in a table row is greater than 1 and less than or equal to 1000. Additionally, the number of table cells in a table row is equal to the number of columns in the table.
