a.   The standard states that a Presentation part is permitted to have implicit relationships with the Comments part.

Office only allows the Presentation part to have implicit relationships with the Comment Authors part.

b.   The standard states that a Presentation part is permitted to have explicit relationships with the Slide Layout part.

Office does not allow a Presentation part to have explicit relationships with the Slide Layout part.

c.   The standard states that the Presentation part is permitted to have an implicit relationship to a Font part.
