2.1.1231 Part 1 Section 20.1.2.3.19, lum (Luminance)

For additional notes that apply to this portion of the standard, please see the notes for blue, §20.1.2.3.4(a).

a.   The standard allows luminance to be specified either as an attribute of a parent element or as a child element.

In Office, using child element lum will override the corresponding value specified in a parent element and may produce unexpected color.

b.   The standard states that ST_PositiveFixedPercentage is read and written as a percent with a trailing percent sign.

Office will read in percentages formatted with a trailing percent sign or as 1000th of a percent without trailing percent sign, but only write out percentages as 1000th's of a percent without trailing percent sign.
