In Office, the Diagram Colors part can also be the target of an explicit relationship in a PresentationML Handout Master ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §13.3.3"), Notes Master ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §13.3.4"), Notes Slide ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §13.3.5"), Slide ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §13.3.8"), Slide Layout ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §13.3.9"), or Slide Master ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §13.3.10") part.
