a.   The standard states that a Dialogsheet part is permitted to have an explicit relationship with the Embedded Control Persistence part.

Office does not allow a Dialogsheet part to have an explicit relationship to the Embedded Control Persistence part.

b.   The standard does not allow the Dialogsheet part to have an explicit relationship with the VML Drawing part.

Office allows the Dialogsheet part to have an explicit relationship with the VML Drawing part.
