a.   The standard states that a lastRenderedPageBreak is written for each page break as calculated by the rendering application's pagination algorithm.

When Word encounters a continuous section break ("[ISO/IEC-29500-1] §17.6.22; type") during pagination, Word will erroneously write a lastRenderedPageBreak.
