2.1.1455 Part 1 Section 21.2.2.47, dLbl (Data Label)

a.   The standard states that the dLbl element can be a child of any pivotFmt or dLbls element.

In Office, this element is only specified if the parent element is a pivotFmt or if the parent element is a dLbls with a series parent element.

b.   The standard does not state any exceptions that cause child elements of the dLbl element to be ignored.

Office ignores the numFmt, separator, showBubbleSize, showCatName, showPercent, showSerName, and showVal child elements if this element contains a tx child element.
