Diagnostic Request Option Input Header (4 bytes): A 32-bit Stream Object Header (section 2.2.1.5.2) that specifies a Diagnostic Request Option Input.
A – Force Revision Chain Optimization (1 bit): A bit that, if set, specifies that the server will optimize the chain of revisions by refactoring them as part of the Put Changes request.
Reserved (7 bits): A 7-bit reserved field that MUST be set to zero and MUST be ignored.
