2.1.10.1 XRANK Formula

The following formula is used for calculating rank values:

R sub i equals a + b open parentheses max minus min closed parentheses plus c times open parentheses r sub i minus min closed parentheses plus d times x bar plus e times sigma plus f times numberator X bar times sigma to the second power over denominator X bar to the second power.

Where r sub i is the rank value of the ith hit max parentheses min parentheses is the max parentheses min parentheses rank value of all hits, x bar is the average rank value of the hits, sigma is the square root variance of the rank values, x bar 2 is the average of the square of the rank values of the hits, a b c d e and f are the XRANK parameters
