The msvThemeConnectorRounding element is a Row_Type element that specifies a fixed theme property. It MUST have a Value child element of the type Cell_Type.

The Value child element is a vLength that specifies the ConnectorRounding property of a custom fixed effect scheme as specified in vThemeString.
