The FlipY cell is a vScalar custom token grouping that specifies whether the coordinate system of a shape has an inverted y-axis. It MUST have a ShapeSheet_Type parent element.
The value of the structure MUST be equal to zero or one. A value of one specifies that the axis is inverted; a value of zero specifies that the axis is not inverted.
