The SetAtRef function returns the value of a cell.

 SetAtRef = "SETATREF(" val ")"

Required Arguments:

Name: Arg1

Type: CellRef

An argument that specifies a reference to a cell.

Return Value:

Type: vAny

This function returns the value of the cell referenced by Arg1.
