2.4.4.44 Bullet
The Bullet cell is a PtgByte parse token that specifies the bullet for a text paragraph. It MUST have a Row_Type parent element that has a Paragraph Section_Type parent element. The bullet is specified by a character in a font.
A value of zero for the structure specifies no bullet is used. If there is a bullet, any non-empty character value of the sibling BulletStr Cell_Type element is used in its place; any font value not equal to zero of the sibling BulletFont Cell_Type element is used in its place.
The value of the structure MUST be from the following table.
