Subclause 8.5, "<XML valid predicate>": Without Feature X155, "IS VALID predicate: NAMESPACE without ELEMENT clause", conforming SQL language shall not contain an <XML valid predicate> that contains an <XML valid element clause> that does not contain an <XML valid element name specification>.
